My birthday is coming up again and I hope anyone who cares to celebrate does so in this fashion:

1: Let special ladies in your life know how much they are appreciated and that you're happy to have them as friends/significant others.
2: Purchase or cook them at least 1 meal to assist this.
3: Help them get plenty of snacks and make sure you do your part to share the fact that a heavier body image is a sexier one. ^.^

If you are a female, remind yourself some of the reasons that you are aweseome, and get yourself a huge and delicious meal!
